Best Western Plus Welcome Hotel Frankfurt

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very nice, the night shift guy was very funny and friendly, and we were definitely well taken care of here. Only thing is that it's a bit out of the way - though still to get to and from downtown by walking, tram, bus, or Uber

The rooms were good. The bathroom fixtures can use a bit of renovation, but it was a comfortable stay all in all. The best part was the breakfast. The service was incredible, and there were a lot of choices for breakfast. It truly felt like a holiday with a breakfast mimosa!!

Small room but comfortable bed, I stayed on the 5th unfortunately directly besides the tram. during the evening you could hear it pretty loudly even with the windows closed but at night the tram only came like once or twice an hour and I got used to it. Breakfast was not that good, interesting selection but for 20€ I expected more/better food. I went at 8 once and almost everything was already taken. other than that the service is pretty nice and helpful, good location with the tram but there isn't much to do around the hotel. gym on top level has pretty much nothing on equipment (like one bench, dumbbells and some cardio machines) but I still enjoyed the view! will definitely stay here again when traveling to that part of Frankfurt
