Grand Hotel Dream Frankfurt City

The room is simple but tidy. The loaction is very good, right beside the center. The best of this hotel is the personel. The lady at the reception - Yana is so very nice, heplful and hardworking! My colleagues and I, we had lots of laughs talking to her! The gentlemen of the night shift is also very kind and always to ready to give all the info we needed. We would love to be back next tiem coming to town!

We stayed for a week and we it was perfect. Very well located, awesome location and amazing service by all the team, specially the desk team, congratulations. Definitely we will be here again for next times.

To start of this is not a 4 star hotel to be honest this is horrible for a 3 star. The room was compact and old the carpet had dirt and mold at some places and the bathroom was old and a little dirty. There was no hot water I stayed for 3 days and there is loud construction for almost the entire day. The breakfast is mediocre honestly a joke and there is no air-conditioning in your room which is so crazy for a 4 star hotel they just provide you a fan which I can ignore the crazy thing that made me give it a 1 star is the service the owner was one of the rudest people I ever had the chance to meet in my lifetime , from the get go he was rude to me and my family while checking in and had an attitude, but I ignored that and continued because all of the other hotels were booked. There was also a woman at reception she was okay wasn't as rude but the owner was unbearable. It was fine until the very last day I asked the owner to stay in one of the rooms out of the 2 we were renting until 6pm because there was no hot water and other issues in our rooms we agreed but he told me to clear the belongings of one of the rooms and make the other room empty by 12pm. I went out to go shopping ( I am a foreigner came from Ethiopia on a family trip) and I came a little late around 2 pm I told him I'd pay half of night because of my inconvenience of 2 hours and he refused and told me to pay the full amount even though I was leaving that night back to my country. Now I know it was my fault yes I messed up but I was going to pay him half of the night with was 50 euros of the 100 per night we agreed on but he refused and started yelling at me and my father. Then he continued to call me racial slurs and almost hit me as I was trying to talk to him to come to a solution the man single handedly made me hate the country and traveling for a little while. At the end people from the neighborhood came and broke the fight he was causing and thank God Ethiopians came thay spoke German and calmed the situation down I ended up paying 50 euros and we ran out of that dirty , old ,smelly and disgusting place for good. Sorry this was long but this place is not worth any money my dignity and wellbeing were at cost for the cheap price of this hotel never staying here again.
