Luitpoldpark Hotel

For starters, as someone who can barely speak German at all, the service here was amazingly understanding, from reception to the restaurant to the cleaning service. The parking garage wasn't as nightmarish as some reviews claimed, but it smaller. For reference, I had never utilized a parking garage that had small spots at all before, and managed fine. Location is great, the breakfast at the hotel restaurant is great, too. The room I had (family room on the top floor) is definitely older, but I found the bed to be good, bathroom fine. Many plugs for electronics, some older buy fine furniture. The whole room was clean. It was definitely warm - but the staff was more than happy to bring a fan up upon request, and that solved the problem. And the gym is amazing. I've never seen a hotel gym that well equipped. 10/10.

A highly recommended property if you want to stay in Füssen. Great staff interactions and they made the stay very comfortable; be it at the bar or front desk or restaurant. Super awesome location, right in the city centre, allows late check in, great eating options at walking distance. Room was very spacious and private sauna in the bathroom was one of the highlights. Loved the stay, would come back once again!

I recently stayed here and was thoroughly disappointed with our experience. To start, the room lacked basic amenities such as a water kettle, air conditioner, and refrigerator, which made our stay uncomfortable, especially given the warm weather. The situation was further exacerbated during breakfast when a waitress rudely pointed at my wife and yelled at her because our 4-year-old daughter accidentally dropped an egg on the floor. We were still at the table, and our intention was to clean it up after we finished eating. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the staff was shocking and completely ruined our meal. It is definitely the worst hotel I have ever visited. The absence of essential amenities and the poor treatment from the staff left a lasting negative impression on our family vacation. Save your money and look elsewhere.
