The location is excellent—within walking distance of all the main attractions in the city. The welcome was warm and the check-in process was quick. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was absolutely stunning. The rooms are quite spacious and spotless, cleaned daily. Breakfast costs €30, which is a bit pricey, so you might want to consider other options. It’s located in the Neustadt district, which is very clean, orderly, and safe. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel in terms of value for money—I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Hamburg.
This is a great location with a very good front desk and bar. We had a corner room with an interesting layout that had a free standing shower near the middle of the room - have never seen that before. The breakfast was very good, but way too much money for a breakfast.
Nice new room but a lot of traffic noise if the window is open due to a brick/rock road with no asphalt. The Internet is VERY slow and you are lucky if you can stream a whole movie without constant buffering.
