The room was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and so easily accessible. also loved the indoor pickleball and tennis court! It was such a fun addition. A big thank you to the food service team as well every meal was delicious, and the service was excellent. Overall, my stay was absolutely lovely, and a big part of that was thanks to you and the rest of the staff. I’ll definitely be back!

No one takes responsibility in this hotel where they share responsibilities to the other shift members, I arrived and I heard the manager talking to his employees and it was just OMG, it is clear this man does the minimum to take the maximum and the employee cannot help it really.

no one at reception between 10-16:30, very inconvenient. Early checkin not possible. The seperate entrance at night is confusing and arranged badly. Very rude and unhelpful staff at reception. Swimming pool is not always accessible and the water smells too strong. Breakfast buffet not vegetarian or vegan-friendly at all. Small and boring variation. No refill. Update: After posting this review, I received a call from the hotel owner. He insulted me that it is an intelligence problem if one cannot find the night entrance and they are not responsible for that. He also mentioned that I shall never come back to this hotel again. To be honest, everything will be fine if he could just apologize. Why make things worse? The hotel experience alone was not acceptable already, and now even disturbance in my daily life. If this is the kind of hotel service and experience you look for, good luck!
