Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel is in a great location, close to a variety of restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and very well-connected by public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay, which added a welcoming touch. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer great value for money. I also appreciated the quiet neighborhood feel while still being within easy reach of central Munich. Would definitely consider staying here again on a future visit.

We had outstanding service during our recent stay. The room was clean, breakfast was great, and above all, we had unmatched service from CARMEN RUB, who helped my husband find needed medical care for a scratched eye on a Sunday morning. After locating an after hours pharmacy, she walked with us to make sure we found where we needed to go, waited to make sure we were helped, and didn't leave until she knew we wouldn't need translation assistance. Please recognize her and give her a raise!! In addition to Carmen, we were also extremely impressed with ZEINAB who was delightful upon arrival and through the check in process. She got us in to our room early and directed us to a delicious restaurant for lunch nearby. She was pleasant, warm, friendly, and fun. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The rooms are good and spacious. Very well located and well connected to all sorts of the public transport. The balconies could have been better and clean.. good amount of algae seen in the balcony and the floor was slippery due to the rains. Room service is very disappointing. Was very upset with the staffs attitude. Being in service industry, they need to be courteous but on the contrary, they don't even prefer to talk properly to guests from other countries. Unfortunately that's not the case with guests from European region.
