From the moment I arrived at Feuriger Tatzelwurm, we were absolutely blown away. This resort is truly a slice of paradise! The stunning architecture, nestled perfectly within its breathtaking natural surroundings, creates an atmosphere of tranquility and charm. I loved everything (reception, spa, cat, my peace and relaxation) until I encountered the waiter with no hair. On 2 occasions I saw and heard him treat other staff rude and speak down to them - in front of guests!!! That’s a NO-GO. It made me feel so uncomfortable, that all relaxations from the sauna and my appetite were gone again. Sorry, you have to find new staff that’s not ruining the vibe for everyone…
The resurant staff, very very rude. Getting told off in German as an English speaker only for 1. not ordering dinner quick enough, 2. ordering more water, 3. kaiserschmarrn without raisins and so on. Do not recommend.
