Excellent experience. Room was very nice, clean and cozy. Also there are a lot of extra stuff in a room, nicely equipped kitchen including microwave oven, TV with YouTube and more. Location is also quite good. And stuff. We came a bit late (after 6 p.m.) and with no booking made but young lady at the reception was very helpful, professional and with very good English. Check-in was fast and smooth. I was very satisfied with check-in experience. Definitely worth it.

An unexpected gem in Osnabrück. Get the executive suite, well worth it! Comfort, staff, spaciousness, luxury fittings and all at five star standard. Had a wonderful albeit short stay and would not look anywhere else next time in the area overnight. Special thanks to the concierge today, that's customer care and people skills at its best. Oh, and the coffee is superb ;)

It is my great plesure to write review about Adelhoff. I have choose Adelhoff becouse of the location ( for my stay in Osnabrück it was perfect). From the begining a very nice and warm welcome from personel, who explaind everything. I was very pleased by design of this place. Classy, stylish, posh... The room guarantees everything you need during your trip. Spotless cleanliness. Years ago I worked in a hotel and I know where to find a dirt. Nothing this time. A clean spacious bathroom. Room fantastically designed to use every meter. Well done, Adelhoff. Well done. This will be my favorite place in Osnabrück and one of the few that I will be happy to visit in the future.The strongest 5 stars I've ever gave
