Landhotel Schnuck

We went to Schneverdingen on the occasion of my wife's birthday, 25th September 2024. We travelled from Hamburg on a whim, unplanned, and with no reservations. For some stupid reason, we were under the impression that a tourist spot like the Heide would always have hotels where we could check in. To our horror, as we reached towards the evening, hotel after hotel turned us away and we were stuck in the cold with a child wondering if we should head back to Hamburg. At this moment, someone suggested we contact Landhotel Schnuck, and thankfully, the lady at the reception who received our call not only spoke good English, but also was patient, polite, and offered us a room after taking some time to check her system. We reached there pretty late in the night, and after we checked in, we felt rescued and relieved. The next day we took a long walk around the Heide from the hotel, and we also were able to book cabs and other kind of tourist experiences from the hotel. We also ate at the hotel and we found the overall experience excellent. I only hope that they receive more and more guests and build a more successful business.

Feel like home! The staff was really nice, helpful and friendly the whole time. It's a good and peaceful place for relax and calm down. Incredible Dinner and unforgettable Breakfast. I recommend this place to everyone who wants a relaxing holiday with swimming pool, sauna, wellness, tennis, etc ..

Only a short visit, but for sure a very pleasant one. Nice food and very friendly staff. The breakfast is outstanding! I will definately like to come back sometime.
