Nice hotel in a good location for the work purpose I had. The rooms are modern and spacious, with an exception being the bath tub as a shower. The staff was very friendly and I can only recommend the in-house steakhouse.
The room was impressively spacious, offering a sense of freedom right from the start. However, the experience took a turn when, on the first day, we received water, but the next day, it vanished—along with any sign of tea or coffee. It seemed that if any dirt was left behind, no one was inclined to clean it up. The hallway carpets could certainly use some attention, though breakfast proved to be a delightful exception, bursting with flavor. As for the staff, they could use a bit of a pep talk. Roughly 7 out of 10 of them came across as rather grumpy and disinterested—whether this is a cultural quirk or just the hotel personnel, I can't be sure. On the bright side, the hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but it’s still accessible. A taxi ride to the nearest station costs around 17-20€, and from there, you can hop on the S2 line, which takes you directly into the heart of the city.
Hotel is located near industrial area which is not convenient to walk around. Need to have a car. Room is normal but the housekeeper won’t clean the room everyday. Even a bottle of mineral water is not provided.
