late review stayed late June 2025 I would say on of the best resorts we have stayed at, we ate and visited many others while in Athens, but one and only is the best resort in Athens, better than four seasons, its chiller. super cool unexpected spot we loved. thanks

We recently stayed at One&Only Aesthesis with our 13-month-old, and it was everything we hoped for — peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly welcoming to families with young children. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at ease, going out of their way to ensure our little one was comfortable and happy. The resort is stunning, with beautifully designed spaces that blend sophistication and elegance. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already dreaming of coming back. One&Only Aesthesis is a perfect family escape.

Honestly this hotel feels like a hotel that was hot 10 years ago that has fallen on hard times…. The vibes are just bad. Service staff is nice but feels undertrained… even slow and non existent at times. The food is generally average to below average. There is literally zero atmosphere of fun and excitement in this place… I was expecting a mature/cool mix of international people instead it’s a place that caters to families with young children… It’s a luxury hotel just going through the motions of being a luxury hotel without an actual soul. It’s a fine place if you have children. I don’t… so honestly I hated my entire stay here. Skip this hotel and go to the 4 Seasons instead.
