Eliros Mare Beachfront Poem Hotel

Where to start... My husband and I visited Eliros Mare (already writing this review in the taxi to the airport, it was that good!) The staff at Eliros Mare were the nicest staff we've ever had on a holiday, super friendly, helpful, always providing a service with a smile. Special shout out to the guys down at the beach bar! As soon as they saw us coming they had our drinks ready for us. The location is beautiful, set on an 11k stretch of beach, we spent most of our time down at the beach. The food & drink at this hotel was one of the best selections and quality that we've ever had at an all inclusive hotel! Loved the overall design and layout of the hotel and rooms, fresh and clean! The pool area was lovely, on occasions people had "reserved" their beds by putting their towels down, but the staff were quick to enforce their policy and removed towels from beds that were not in use after about 2 hours. There's not many sun loungers around the pool but there's plenty of space down the beach which we preferred. We would definitely come back again! Efcharistó!

5 Stars – A Truly Wonderful Stay! We had a fantastic time at Eliros Mare Hotel and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. The food was absolutely amazing – fresh, varied, and delicious at every meal. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we were always impressed. We also visited the spa twice during our stay, and both times were incredible. The treatments were some of the best we’ve ever had – truly relaxing and expertly done. The bar and restaurant staff were also fantastic – attentive, professional, and always with a smile. Eliros Mare exceeded all our expectations. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Overall this is a great hotel with exceptional service, and some shortcomings. I was contemplating a 4-star review, but it is only a 4 compared to expectations at this level. Food was amazing including breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks inbetween. Everything was included in premium all inclusive except a very few special coctails - and most of the food was just really good, and a lot of choice. Location was great, this is not a huge resort, the beach is close to the rooms, as are the restaurants and other facilities. Staff was super nice and very helpful, they really do everything so guests have a great time. They provided excellent customer service, and Katerina is a gem! The room was clean and nice, the private pool attached to our room was also clean and very comfy. Sunbeds on the beach were super cozy and comfortable, and there were more than or just enough most of the time. Property is very well maintained and just looks nice. On the negative side, there was no hot enough water in the room, like at all. If you took a shower at the right time when nobody wanted to (early afternoon), you could get warm water, but not hot. If you tried showering in the evening, it was lukewarm at best, but sometimes I was cold in the shower with the hottest setting possible. This is totally unacceptable and inexcusable at this level and price range, and maybe should limit the review at 4 stars but in the end I am choosing not to due to all the other great stuff this hotel has. Also drains in the room hat a bit of a smell, which was not a dealbreaker for us but noticable.
