We booked a poolside suite, which comes with its own private swimming pool — more like a house than a typical hotel room. In fact, every accommodation here is its own standalone villa. The property itself is sleek and contemporary, having only been in operation for about three and a half years, according to the hotel manager. The main attraction is the stunning infinity pool. Spanning over 50 meters in length and covering approximately 1,000 square meters, it’s the largest on the island — and truly breathtaking. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning swim, when I had the entire pool to myself. It was serene and luxurious. The breakfast was exceptional, with top-tier quality and a notably high staff-to-guest ratio, which added to the personalized experience. While the hotel might seem pricey at first glance, it offers outstanding value for money.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every interaction was warm, professional, and efficient. It’s clear that service is a top priority here. Breakfast was varied and high quality, and the concierge went out of their way to help with restaurant bookings and local tips. What stood out most was the balance between luxury and value. For the level of service, comfort, and attention to detail, the price felt more than fair. We’ve stayed at more expensive places that delivered far less. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back.

The breakfasts are delicious and replete with healthy options. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a minimalist feel. The pool seemed like a natural lagoon. But what made NOUS really stand out was its hospitality and service - each staff member was eager to help in any way possible to make our stay in Santorini the best.
