I highly recommend this accommodation, especially for families with young children. The rooms were cleaned daily. The women who maintained and cleaned our apartment were kind, quick, and thorough. The room had everything necessary for a pleasant and uninterrupted stay. The mattress was of good quality and comfortable. Towels and bed linens were changed frequently, so everything remained clean and tidy throughout our stay. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and unobtrusive. Parking was provided and always easy to find. Important note: I wouldn't recommend coming without a car, as the location is slightly isolated from the urban area—just enough to ensure a peaceful and carefree vacation and a good night's sleep. The internet was of satisfactory capacity, but it would occasionally slow down when many people were streaming content at the same time. There are several playgrounds and sports areas for children: volleyball, football (soccer), basketball, table football (foosball), and more. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here, especially for longer stays and for families with young children. To repeat—if you are looking for a quiet, high-quality, and worry-free vacation, I recommend this accommodation not only for the kind and helpful hosts but also for the cleanliness and overall quality of the complex. The road to the complex is mostly paved, except for the last 300 meters, which are covered with gravel. The road from Istiaia to the accommodation is asphalt and in good condition almost all the way to the end. However, the road from Oreoi to the accommodation is a mix of asphalt and gravel, and some caution is needed, as part of the road has been damaged by the sea. This road runs right along the shoreline and is in poor condition. There's a section where the road crosses a shallow stream (about 10 cm deep), which is passable, but attention is still required. In the town of Istiaia, you’ll find everything necessary for everyday life: a hospital, several gas stations, My Market, Lidl, restaurants, cafés, hotels, a police station, etc. Istiaia is about 4–5 km from the accommodation. Lidl is about 5.5 km away. Edipsos Spa is around 17 km away via a very good main road. The ferry from Glyfa to Agiokampos for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) with a car costs around €34 one way.

Child friendly hotel, very close to beautiful beach (Tsokaiti) and to the nearest village of Oreoi. A 12min drive from Istiaia square (capital of the municipality). Relaxed afternoon without having to worry about the children’s amusement. Cosy environment, very kind and helpful hosts. Great value for money. We will visit again

The place is very kids friendly, the lady in charge was kind and the garden is quite nice and relaxing. However, one needs a car to the nearest beach and village, the rooms need renovation and weren't very clean and the kitchen is not well equipped. The apartment's size is ok for two adult and a young child but think is bit small for a second child. If an important factor is to have your piece of mind while your kids are playing in the garden, most probably this is a place for you.
