Do not listen to negative reviews on this place!! Before I came, I kept seeing reviews which seemed to be very negative, nit-picking on things which were not even an issue. All i can say is they were completely wrong and i don’t know where they were coming from! Where do i even start… upon arrival, we were welcomed immediately with drinks and staff taking our back for us. We checked in within 10 minutes and were told where our room was. Firstly, we stayed in a swim-up deluxe room which was amazing! The room was clean and had an amazing view. There were always sun beds available and everything was easily accessible. The maids came everyday to clean our room, they were so sweet and respectful. Also, a man also came everyday giving us fresh water! The deluxe restaurant was amazing! The food was so so good and there was so much selection. Every night had different themes and dishes which we both loved every night! No complaints at all. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, even remembering our drinks order and bringing it to the table without even having to ask! Whilst walking around the hotel, we came across some private villas in the deluxe area. They looked beautiful so we became curious as to how much it would cost to upgrade. We did eventually decide to upgrade for the last 3 nights… best decision ever! The villa was beautiful! Every room decorated aesthetically and it was so so clean! The fridge was refilled every day and the maids came everyday too. We came as a couple (i know this hotel is catered to families) and we had the best time ever! There is so much to do and so many options when it comes to food. This hotel has wowed us and i am so glad i didn’t listen to the negativity i was seeing beforehand . I 100% recommend and would definitely return!
Visited for a week holiday with family, such a great holiday village all self contained. Great swimming pools with active and quiet areas and a swim up bar. Loved it and highly recommend for other families, there is a safe kids club and organised activities. Wasn't too far from the airport either. Food was spot on through our the week. There's an ice cream hut which also does popcorn.
A solid family hotel – but not ideal for couples. We stayed in June 2025 with our toddler, and found the hotel well set up for families. Staff were excellent – really helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The buffet had a good variety and the food was generally very good; the desserts were top-notch. That said, a couple of themed nights were underwhelming (especially the Asian one), and some “clean” plates still had food on them. However, the restaurant staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. Outdoor dining was nice, but between the loud kids’ disco and persistent wasps, it wasn’t so relaxing in the evenings. Our room was cleaned daily, and we appreciated the bottled water each night. No issues with insects indoors – we were careful not to leave food around. One major downside was the relaxation pool. After a short swim, we were left with sticky residue all over our skin – possibly due to suncream or sugary drinks in the water from the pool bar affecting the filters. Not pleasant, and we avoided that pool after the first visit! Kolymbia harbour is a 20-30 minute walk away with good views and places to stop for a drink. Transfers and excursions are also easy to arrange from the hotel. (A return coach service from the hotel, for three people, to Rhodes old town cost us €36) Verdict: For families with young kids, this place works very well. But if you’re after a peaceful five-star couples’ retreat, it’s probably not the right fit for you!
