This is supposed to be a hotel but is a hostel room clean and had all seevices just too far from beach

A 5-minute drive to Javea. It's a villa with several rooms. The rooms are large, but the bathroom is really small, or at least in ours. There were some issues during our stay, but they were quickly resolved. The breakfast was basic. I would recommend a good coffee machine (for those who love good coffee).

DISORGANISED! EXPENSIVE! CHAOS!Before arrival, No message from the hotel to inform they do not have a living person at the reception or the entire property. We only saw the key lock on the fence when we arrived at the gate, but no one sent us the code in advance. They advertised reception was there until 23:59 but there was no staff working at the entire property, we had to call the number asking how we could enter. The woman on the phone told me to wait, then she hang up. Then she sent me a message on booking.com asking me to WhatsApp her so that she will send me the code for entry. This is super disorganised considering most self check in hotels would have sent the code with clear guidance right after you made the booking and way before you arrive. She sent me the code finally but she sent me the wrong room number. Finally got to our room, Number 3, the sink did not work. I called her and was told no one was there to look at it and we should just move ourselves to room #2. We moved into room #2, the safe didn't have batteries and there was only 1 sheet on the bed, no douvets for the cold night of early April. We called her again and was told someone will bring the batteries for the safe "TOMORROW morning", what a joke because we were only staying the 1 night and needed the safe to store our valuables for when we go out in the evening given no one works there no security to this hotel whatsoever, how does it help if the batteries were coming the next morning? Coming back to the bedsheet - We found 2 single douvets in the cupboard, but the bedsheets was a double, we needed 1 more sheet to cover the dirty douvet. She told us to take the sheet from the bed in room #3. Why was i not surprised to be told to self service again? The bathroom's a joke - it's what you will find in a Caravan! This hotel is supposed to be 3 star, they charge people €160 a night in low season and they provide only chaos - no staff working or to secure the place during their supposedly check in hours. Can someone tell me if they deserve the star or the money?
