Absolutely amazing experience! I had the pleasure of staying at your establishment for 7 nights in mid-March of this year, and I must say, the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning, I was impressed by the outstanding customer support provided online, even before I had confirmed my reservation. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the gracious Mademoiselle Alina at reception, whose professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression. Equally commendable was the friendly and attentive team on the first floor, particularly Mr. Faroukh, who greeted guests each morning in the breakfast area with genuine warmth. Another noteworthy aspect was the room itself—bright, quiet (especially in comparison to other hotels in terms of sound isolation), impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful color choices. A special mention must be made of the breakfast: consistently fresh, delicious, and satisfying. And as a coffee enthusiast, I was absolutely delighted by the quality of the coffee served. Two double espressos quickly became a cherished part of my morning routine, even though I had access to excellent coffee at the academy as well. The price is low, if you compare to the same hotels in Europe. It's a pleasure to be in the center of Moscow and the hotel is of such a good quality/price ratio. The breakfasts are fantastic!

The restaurant is not working yet However there are no plates and cutlery in the rooms ... it's inconvenient The rooms and building are quite nice The stuff is very polite and supportive I recommend the place
