This is my new favorite accommodation in the city! Forget the four seasons or other boutique atmospheres this hotel is by far the best around. The service is friendly and extremely accommodating. Guest services and The maid service was outstanding and extremely accommodating for all situations. I was extremely surprised with how courteous and amazing the hotel manager was when I approached her about a perceived issue. The room itself was directly watching over the skyline and I had a great view of the Brooklyn bridge, the waterfront, and the finance district. My routine all week was waking up, popping the sliding door open on the balcony and using that in room espresso machine to get ready for my day! The history of the hotel along with its construction was extremely unique and made you feel like you were in a premium One of a kind experience. The rooms have this luxury feel but also a very at home and warming glow. The plants situated in the room feel like they are growing directly out of the hotel itself and it truly was a nice relaxation after a busy day on the circuit.
Absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms are beautiful, the team gave me one with a view of the Brooklyn bridge 😍 and there’s so much greenery in the rooms! The decor is overall very conscious in incorporating plants, which gives a serene vibe. Extremely conscientious staff who quietly take care of asks. They read what you put in your preferences and ensure everything is perfect! Lastly - the place resembles the White Lotus hotel. Luxurious, beautiful and something about the scent says vacation!
I just spent a few days in New York and had the pleasure of staying in the Skyline Room—and let me tell you, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the guest service was top-tier. The staff made me feel like I was about to have the hotel stay of a lifetime. They were warm, welcoming, and even took the time to share the rich history behind the hotel’s design. Details like the ceiling, which was crafted from reclaimed boardwalk wood, gave the space so much character. The room itself? A solid 10 out of 10—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully styled. Harriet’s Rooftop was another highlight—stunning views, great vibes, and the perfect place to unwind. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the valet service, which is run by a third-party company. My car took about 35 minutes to arrive, but the hotel manager was incredibly understanding and removed the nightly valet fee without hesitation. All in all, I can’t imagine visiting New York again without returning here. If you’re looking for a hotel that blends style, story, and service—this is it.
