1 Hotel Melbourne

My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel, and to say it was phenomenal would honestly be an understatement. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were being welcomed home rather than just checking in somewhere. The staff were incredibly warm, genuine, and attentive. Our room was stunning, beautifully styled, spotlessly clean, and so comfortable we found it hard to leave. Every detail was thoughtful, from the cozy bedding to the soft lighting and the little surprises that made it feel special. We spent a lot of time just soaking it all in the peaceful pool area, the relaxing spa, and some of the best meals we've ever had. Honestly, the food was a highlight. Fresh, creative, full of flavour… But what truly set this place apart was how it made us feel. There was a sense of calm, care, and quality that’s hard to describe and even harder to find. It was the perfect blend of luxury and warmth. We can’t wait to come back. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate just do it.

Visited with my husband and our 2 kids. A very relaxing ambience as soon as you enter, friendly staff and beautiful spacious rooms (2 beds and a 3 seater couch, plus a desk and space for you to sit your luggage!!) that are very well appointed. Small things like having usb charging points next to the bed, filtered water, a makeup mirror, oversized shower and the overall cleanliness and beautiful smell of the room made a big difference. We found out that the pool closes to children at 5 which is a negative for us but we planned our trip so that we spent the day swimming and went out for the night. The 1pm checkout was also amazing meaning we could have breakfast and then come back for another swim. The food and beverage options are quite "fancy" so none of your regular juices/soft drinks/waters and the restaurant didnt offer much to those with less cultured palettes. However there are plenty of options close by. There are also no food or drink options at the pool so dont plan on sipping margaritas and lounging. Its very hard to leave without purchasing one of their dressing gowns that essentially feel like your comfortable trackies, honestly, almost my favourite part! Thanks for the absolutely amazing, personalized service. This is now our hotel of choice.

Every meal I had was incredible; the food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with great care and quality ingredients. And the views — breathtaking. Whether enjoying breakfast or gym with the sunrise or the pool in the evening, the setting was peaceful and luxurious in every way. This was more than just a stay; it was a full-body reset.
