First time in Nashville for my birthday and this hotel was exceptional! They upgraded our room, allowed for early check in, and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine! The way it is decorated and designed is so aesthetic! Price was great and the service was phenomenal! I will stay here everytime we visit! Such a great experience!

Exceeded our expectations! From the time you arrive, you are impressed with every single detail at this hotel considering the reasonable price point. This is our first time at a 1 Hotel and we are huge fans. Special thanks for Brooks and Courtney behind the bar for dealing with us after 12 hours on Broadway on saturday :) You guys are the best.
