1 Hotel San Francisco

Let me start by saying that the 1 Hotel in San Francisco is absolutely stunning. The staff are beyond friendly and accommodating. I chose this hotel for its location, outstanding reviews, and beautiful suites. I was planning a proposal and had considered several hotels, but ultimately chose 1 Hotel and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. I hired a photographer, a decorator, and invited friends and family who were flying in, so it was important that everything be perfect. I arrived early to check in so I could ensure every detail was just right. I was greeted by Christina at the front desk and mentioned that I was planning to propose. I had booked the Terrace Suite, but wasn’t entirely sure if it had the view I wanted since the online photos were limited. Christina went above and beyond, checking availability, personally showing me different rooms, and taking the time to help me decide. The moment I stepped onto the terrace and saw the panoramic view, I knew I had made the right choice. She was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. In the end, I chose the Terrace Suite because of the Terrace, and the entire staff exceeded my expectations throughout my stay. This was such a meaningful moment for me, and I’m so grateful I had the chance to thank Christina in person when checking out. Her thoughtful gesture of showing me the available rooms not only eased my mind, but also made the whole experience even more special. I will definitely be back!

I love everything about this hotel and will definitely come back. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are well-appointed. The restaurant is delicious. And it’s right across from the ferry terminal - great location. They are also relaxed and welcoming about dogs which is refreshing.

We stayed here for three nights before starting our road trip down to LA, and it exceeded all our expectations! The breakfast was great, the staff incredibly friendly, and the location absolutely perfect for first time visitors to the city. Check-in and checkout were quick and hassle free. The gym is small but well equipped, everything you need for a good workout. I now know exactly where I’ll stay on my next visit to San Francisco.
