Amazing property with beautiful pools, restaurant, beach, rooftop and great rooms. Yasmin was especially accommodating and wonderful upon check in. She has gone out of her way to ensure our stay here as been memorable. My husband and I went for a three night getaway and it did not disappoint. Everyone is so friendly and provides great customer service. The location is great and a walkable distance to shops and more restaurants. I can see this becoming an annual trip for us. Can't wait to return with friends!

I had a wonderful stay at 1 Hotel South Beach. The hotel is beautiful, with stunning facilities that perfectly blend luxury and nature. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious, featuring fresh and well-prepared options that made every meal a delight. The pool is spectacular, a true oasis to relax under the sun. Additionally, the suite I stayed in was very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering all the comfort you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. I would definitely recommend 1 Hotel South Beach to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable experience with excellent service in Miami.

As a seasoned event professional, I’ve had the pleasure of working with countless properties—but the service, support, and care we received from the entire staff at 1 Hotel South Beach were truly exceptional. From the initial coordination to the final guest checkout, every request—whether big or small—was handled with professionalism, grace, and a genuine desire to help. What impressed me most was the team’s consistent attentiveness and hospitality. I also work in a leadership role within a large hospitality company, and I can confidently say these are exactly the type of team members I seek out to grow into future leaders. Their dedication left a lasting impression not only on our wedding clients but on me as a hospitality professional. As a hotel guest, my only critique is the absence of a refrigerator in the room for food storage. While the hotel strongly promotes sustainability—which I appreciate—it’s a missed opportunity to support that mission by not offering a way to store leftovers or perishable items, ultimately contributing to food waste. Brittany, Gaston, Jeffrey, Dragon, Maryann and my Favorite Master Bartender…. I personally owe you all BIG. There was never a NO. The hustle and heart that you all showed in your care and attention to merely our teams’ needs was MORE than enough. THANK YOU!
