I recently had the pleasure of staying at 1 India resort in Igatpuri, and I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. Nestled in the serene and picturesque surroundings of Igatpuri, this resort is a true gem. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the lush green landscape. The amenities at 1 India resort are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which provided a refreshing escape in the afternoons. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. The food was always fresh and flavorful, and the service was impeccable. One of the highlights of my stay was exploring the beautiful surroundings. The resort is perfectly located for those who love nature and adventure. The location is so good. Rooms are good but the wooden cottages are a bit noisy. Food is ok ok. But the service is very poor. Laundry is not available as they claim. The response I got when I asked for laundry that they don't have staff because of covid. We only received water when we checked in. They said that I have to fill the water bottle myself from the restaurant or buy the bottles. What a shameful service. Though the behaviour of the staff was good but it doesn't justify their services.

the worst experience ever because they provide us with bad resort even though they know that d resort is in bad condition only to earn money and to cheat customar they do it intentionally. hotel rooms were in such a bad condition and d hotel manager was so rude that there was no1 to resolve d problems .no network on phone that v can complain immediately. I request goibibo to refund all my payments. rooms had crab, reptiles, frog. It's completely unhygienic. On swimming pool there is high tension wire going which is risky. Beds are broken. I had kids and felt difficult to stay in room for a night. I won't recommend never go in resort to everyone.
