Arrived today all the faults are mounting up just so bad I've took lot's of photos as proof, putrid small under the sink stale water I had to scub it clean with mould spray, downstairs sink plug stuck, handle in the upstairs shower broken, opened the cabinet door to put my clothes in and it fell apart and the wardrobe back split, No fire stick either here like they told us very disappointed in it, we're here till Monday No blinds on top room windows, they shouldn't be renting this place, tiles off the wall in the upstairs shower room

Hadn’t been cleaned since the previous occupants, floors were not hoovered or cleaned, sheets were not washed and still smelt of someone else’s perfume. We had to take them to the dry cleaners. We attempted to hoover but the hoover didn’t work (further evidence that no one had attempted to clean). There was a hole in the living room ceiling from a water leak, there wasn’t even an attempt to clean up the bits of ceiling that had fallen down the side of the sofa below let alone fixing the hole. The cutlery, plates, cups and kitchen work tops all needed cleaning before we could use them. The oven, toaster and microwave were filthy. We even found a rotten egg wrapped in a towel under the sink!! They didn’t even bother putting a toilet role in each bathroom. Dirty wet towels left in the washing machine. We contacted the owner with a list of problems and the only response we got was that they would let the cleaner know. The cleaner didn’t come in. We left a night early as we could stand it anymore. Would give this zero stars if it was possible. Would avoid at all costs.

Terrible !! Dangerous , grubby and unclean. Here i go , the main electric fuse box had a leak right above from the shower upstairs ( Dangerous) have you heard of health & safety. Beds unclean and not changed did'nt dare to move the bed out ( grubby ) Kitchen appliances & pots ( unclean) E/ mailed owner no reply ...say no more. Avoid this one may look good on pics , very deceiving .
