Amazing service and perfect holiday accommodation for a family and groups
21 Dunnage road Pezula.Our stay was great, perfect house well equipped, perfect location, well decorated, bedrooms abit small but they nice.The only downfall was that our host was not hosting she sent Housekeeping twice for our 7night stay,she doesn't know the facilities Pezula has seems like she's clueless about her place of work,she doesn't answer the phone, I needed an iron nd i had to sort myself out and the stove...if I didn't have one like that at home I wouldn't have known how to operate it.But she's a nice lady
We booked a Golf Villa (unit 4 ) through Pezula Letting for a week , this December ( 2023). The Estate is stunning and has spectacular views. The accommodation was acceptable however bathrooms and kitchen was not cleaned properly. The Hosts were not very responsive. We called ahead for a iron to be made available. This was not done. The Kitchen sink plumbing backed up and the floor was flooded.The issue was never resolved. We had to clean up ourselves. We were promised that the gas fire place would be fixed , this was never followed through. Disappointed with Hosts
