Had an absolutely wonderful time. Very comfortable rooms, fantastic location (walk to restaurants and right near a bus stop and Leiston is close to so many great coastal places) and amazing service. The owner is delightful and welcoming. It really did feel more like a home than a hotel. I felt instantly comfortable. It was just so great after either a long day of work or a day of sightseeing to go back to a cozy and relaxing place.
Stayed here whilst visiting family, host is very friendly and has a wonderful house. Very clean spacious rooms with great a great power shower, comfy beds, fast Wifi (had like 40meg in my room) and also the breakfast was really nice with freshly laid eggs from chickens in the back garden! Will definitely be staying again on my next visit!
I spent almost 2 months here while working nearby. It's a lovely, quiet, cozy house. The host is really lovely and very friendly. There's sufficient parking space, and it's walking distance from several shops and services. I would definitely stay here again next time I come to Leiston.
