10 Fitch

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay at 10 Fitch. Our weekend here was the perfect way to recharge our batteries and reconnect as a couple. Here are a few reasons this B&B is so wonderful: Cheryl, the owner, is a wonderful person with the biggest heart. It is clear that she put her heart into this B&B. She has thought out every detail of your stay. There is an entire binder full of recommendations and driving directions for anything and everything you'd ever want to do in the area! She makes your stay magical- on our second night, we found our room decked out with candles (the electric kind so no fire hazard!), rose petals on the bed, and romantic music playing. We really felt the love! The inn is spectacular. For a Mackenzie Child's fanatic like myself, I appreciated all the black and white decor items. Everywhere you look, there is something beautiful to appreciate. Cheryl even hand-painted the cabinet in the dining room! The beds are super comfy- we slept very well. All the couches and chairs are inviting and you sink right in with a good book. Everything is well maintained, while still preserving the antique nature of such a beautiful building. There is a wonderful sitting room that is set up with a puzzle to work on. Believe it or not, a puzzle is a great way to unwind and connect with your partner! The backyard is perfectly manicured, complete with a Koi pond! It's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the simple things. Cheryl keeps coffee and refreshments well stocked. My personal favorite is the cookie jar, filled with her homemade chocolate cookies! And speaking of cookies, the food is very delicious so come hungry! Cheryl's mom makes delicious Belgian waffles, topped with blueberries, strawberries, and bananas. It's amazing! Cheryl brews delicious fresh coffee every morning. We didn't get to experience Cheryl's famous savory breakfast but I am confident that it's just as yummy. All in all, this was a perfect weekend and we will definitely come back!

My husband and I stayed at 10 Fitch for a long weekend in the winter. The hostess was very warm and accommodating, and our breakfast was absolutely delicious. Our room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed a movie night one night, thanks to the complimentary DVDs in the sitting room. Overall, it was the perfect romantic getaway.

My husband I stayed here this past weekend and it was such an amazing experience. This was the first Bed and Breakfast we have ever stayed and I don't think anything will compare to this! The Inn is beautiful, romantic and relaxing with no detail missed. We stayed in the Equestrian Room and it took our breath away! We appreciated how comfortable and homey everything felt. The linen on the bed were heavenly! And breakfast....oh my....Cheryl is an amazing cook. Just fabulous! She made us a berry yogurt parfait that was one of the best things I have ever tasted. We will definitely come back and visit again, and this time stay much longer! Thank you again Cheryl for such a perfect night.
