Great location, rooms are very modern and the staff are all very friendly. The only comment I’d add is they need to do something with the rooftop as it could be a great space if perhaps they decorated it or had a small bar up there. Otherwise I’d definitely recommend staying here. Great value for money

Found this place last minute and despite being a member of the big hotel chains, I love to jump outside and find something truly unique and beautiful. This is one of those examples. Location is great as it’s easy walking access to all the tourist destinations as well to the ferry terminals to escape the hustle and bustle and travel to the Prince’s Islands. Service is awesome and rooftop bar provides views over the Bosphorus and beyond. Built on an old Roman hospital and is full of character, I highly recommend.

Amazing location and staff were mostly friendly. Unfortunately hotel manager and breakfast manager were both very greedy. We accidentally booked breakfast for 2/4 of our group on all the days, we kindly asked if we could use those for 4 people across half the time. This would not have cost them any extra money or made anything else difficult, but they refused to do so without any explanation as to why this was the case. Clearly they knew we would have to pay extra for the remaining 2 people to eat breakfast there everyday rather than us all eating together for half the time and then eating elsewhere for the remaining days. It appears they wanted to make more money at the expense of being kind and understanding (which again would not have cost them anything). Unfortunate experience which tainted an otherwise great stay in istanbul.
