Spacious and functional apartment. Place immersed in the countryside just a few minutes drive from the main destinations of Lake Garda and Mantua. Ideal for those who want to escape the confusion and spend a few days in peace. Owner very helpful and kind.

The apartment is suitable for 6 people. Cleaning is poor (we found the bathrooms not cleaned properly), the sheets are old (for the price, you could get better quality sheets), and mold on the wall (I had to buy bleach to clean it).

The "100% Design" accommodation generally offers a beautiful location and a modern design, but there were a few issues during our stay that marred the overall impression. The apartment is designed for up to six people, but the pull-out couch was unfortunately broken and unusable. The cleanliness also didn't quite meet our expectations – we found cobwebs, hair, and even mold in the upstairs bathroom. The extractor fan in the kitchen didn't work, and the air conditioning on the ground floor was unusable because the remote control wasn't available. We only received the remote control for the underground parking garage on the last day, which made it difficult to use. The pool area is generally nice, but we encountered some unpleasant situations with other residents of the complex who felt disturbed and sometimes asked us to leave. This issue was only addressed and resolved on our day of departure. We definitely see potential in the accommodation, but would like to see the aforementioned issues improved in the future. Under the current circumstances, we would only recommend the apartment with reservations.
