Our stay at 100 Princes Street was nothing short of outstanding. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between elegance and comfort—quiet, beautifully designed, and full of thoughtful touches that create a truly relaxing atmosphere. The property itself is stunning, both inside and out. The interiors are tastefully decorated with an eye for detail, and the overall ambiance is refined yet inviting. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the incredible views of Edinburgh Castle from the common area while sipping coffee or enjoying a quiet breakfast—it felt like a scene out of a movie. Our room, while slightly on the smaller side, was impressively high-tech and impeccably appointed. Everything was modern and intuitive, and the quality of the furnishings and amenities was top-notch. Complementary water was included and much appreciated. What really sets 100 Princes Street apart is the service. The staff were not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely warm and welcoming. They knew us by name, anticipated our needs without being intrusive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth and memorable. 100 Princes Street has everything you could possibly want in a hotel. Beautiful decor, friendly and attentive staff, a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, delicious food & a perfect location. I was blown away by the amazing service. Each staff member knows you by name and it felt so welcoming and warm. The staff all have great recommendations for the city. David the doorman is a national treasure, he is so adorable. I can’t wait to come back on my next trip to Edinburgh!

Truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in; the entire staff was friendly and kind, attentive and helpful. Andrea, Ellie, Dario, and countless others made our trip to Edinburgh unforgettable. The views of the castle were phenomenal, and the rooms were beautiful. Small touches like the fluffy towels and soft robes made every night feel luxurious. We also looked forward to the turndown service treat every night! But what really made 100 Princes so wonderful was how well they treated my niece and nephew - they brought my 5 year old niece her own kid-friendly bathrobe and slippers, which she couldn’t stop talking about the whole trip. Everyone greeted my 1 year old nephew by name and made him giggle and smile. I would absolutely come back again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
