It's a very cute and comfortable place. You have restaurants, bars, fast food, and a CVS pharmacy all in walking distance. The beach is right there as well with little shops. The noise level wasn't too bad, but it does get noisy because of the bar across the road, so if you want peace and quiet, then not the place for you, but the bar does serve some great food and you can watch the games and do karaoke. They also have live bands on certain nights. The owner of the place also has ear plugs that you can wear if it gets too bad. The owner also left us a bottle of champagne, oatmeal, and some popcorn, which was super sweet of them to do and make our stay even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Deep in the heart of Pacific Beach, you can park your car in their garage and walk to countless restaurants and bars. There is a CVS across the street and a Ralph's half a block away. This is a very busy part of town but the noise was not a problem at our 1st floor waterfront Condo. Some how, all our guests were able to park on the same block. I wouldn't count on that... Great sunsets and beach access.

Sketchy booking process, so i canceled. I received several suspicious messages from host claiming they couldn't process payment despite providing two perfectly valid credit cards. They also tried to cancel my confirmed reservation. Maybe to try to rebook with someone else at higher cost, or maybe hacked from out of country so credit card was blocked? Either way, got bad vibes as sketchy or possible scam. Very frustrating and stressful to not have a confirmed reservation, so just canceled. Disappointing because it looked like a nice place.
