I had the pleasure of staying at 11 Cadogan Gardens for one night last week during a work trip, and from the moment I arrived, I was made to feel incredibly welcome. The team here are exceptional. Warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, ensuring every detail is just right. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an elegant charm that perfectly fits its Chelsea location. My room was wonderfully comfortable, with a luxurious bed that made for a perfect night’s sleep. The facilities were excellent, striking the right balance between modern convenience and classic style. If you love art, check out the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the hotel. Breakfast was a real highlight - delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to start the day before heading out. The hotel's location is also superb, nestled in one of London’s most desirable areas, with wonderful boutiques, cafés, and restaurants just a short walk away. The closest Tube station is Sloane Square - just a 2 minute walk away. This was my first stay at Cadogan Gardens, but it certainly won’t be my last. A truly wonderful experience, thanks to the team. I can’t wait to return.

We had afternoon tea for 5 people. Unfortunately, the cakes weren't delicious or anything special, and the sandwich selection were cheeses and tomato, cucumber and cheese, salmon, and coronation chicken. Only the scones were good. The service was very slow and I rarely saw the server. When I was finished and wanted to pay, I had to go look for someone and ask the receptionist to send me someone so I could pay.

As someone who has stayed in multiple different hotels among the 14 countries I’ve visited this is by far the worst hotel for everything besides location never had a noisier room absolutely no soundproofing. Been listening to kids scream for over an hour. The bathroom is questionable at best for the price of the room and I’m pretty sure multiple people have thrown up on the carpet in my room due to the stains very little storage space if your coming with dinner jackets or anything like that expect to hang them up in the hallway. Perhaps the worst thing of all is the door won’t fully close on the room unless you slam it don’t be in a rush to go anywhere or your room might end up being free access. Just more context about the noise got woken up at 1 am to someone screaming on the street 3 am was a car almost crashing never heard breaks squeal like that 5 am was car doors being slammed and god forbid the people above you have sex you hear the bed hitting the wall all these wonderful percs for a room that was 400 a night
