This was like heaven on earth for my daughter and I. We were wrapping up an almost two month trip adventuring around Australia and staying here was such a treat. Kathy was so accommodating to my date change too. I definitely recommend the 12 Apostles Cottages if you are taking a drive down the beautiful Great Ocean Road. Even if you just are looking for a little get away.
Beautiful place. We stayed for a night and it has everything you need. A lot of little details that make your stay convenient. Car can be parked just outside of the cottage. Really tidy and clean, shower a bit low, but on the other side I am quite tall. Beautiful view into the countryside. Overall everything a bit older, but functional and clean and well maintained.
The cottage needs a good update. A two seater lounge for 4 people. Which was filthy. Cooking facilities totally inadequate. Shower way to low. Not enough outdoor furniture for 4 . Very disappointing overall. We had booked a 5 night stay and left a day early. View is beautiful unfortunately that’s where it ends.
