We had an excellent experience here. The rooms were very nice, well outfitted with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils, a pot and pan. 2 burner stove top and a dishwasher and a full sized fridge. The entire facility was very clean. The employees were incredibly courteous and helpful. They were all so kind and invited us to return. We had bo issues. Location is kind of halfway between everything. So a 5-10 minute drive will get you anywhere. There is a free trolley but we didn't need it because we came midweek when the island wasn't as busy. I highly recommend this hotel especially for young kids. We lived it! I would stay here again for sure!

Breakfast is average, very basic fare. No gluten free except eggs and yogurt. More fresh fruit and cheese would be excellent and maybe a gluten free bread product. Rooms are clean and very large but older. Rates are very reasonable and location is excellent. Pet rates are a little high compared to other hotels but hotel is very pet friendly with yard area and easy pet waste disposal. Have stayed on 2 trips and will in future I am sure. Great for families.

This facility could be great if more effort was put into it. The rooms overall are clean, minus the cockroach that walked across our wall one morning. The newly renovated rooms, which we had one, were renovated over old items in the room. This leads to a very poor look, new glass on top of old shower pan and siliconed in with rust and dirt. The facility outside is not taken care of, hornet nest and nasty on balcony. Hallways are pretty much the same, spider webs and musty smelling. Breakfast was okay, same thing every 2 days and no variation. Not enough seating for breakfast and people squished in wherever they can find. For $50 more you can stay at other nicer places and have a better experience.
