1207 Hotel Special Class Sultanahmet

This was my second stay at the hotel, though my first under the new ownership. The location remains unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the Blue Mosque and about 5 minutes from Hagia Sophia. We initially encountered an issue with our first room, but it was handled promptly and professionally. The majority of our stay was spent in a very comfortable room offering stunning views of the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome, and the Princes’ Islands. The service throughout was exceptional. Mesut, Enes, and Hakan were consistently helpful, offering not only assistance and advice but also engaging conversation. Elif and Shuhadah took great care of us during breakfast, always friendly and accommodating. The entire team delivered a truly five-star experience. I'm already looking forward to returning for future stays.

Location is amazing. Landmarks, tram, grocery store and cafes all within close walking distance. The staff was very helpful whenever we had questions. Mesut helped me understand the public transportation, guided me to good food and was overall very hospitable. The other gentleman at the front desk during the day also helped when I had questions. Would recommend this hotel for a family stay!

Had a great stay at the hotel. The location is perfect  right in the heart of Sultanahmet, so it was super easy to explore all the main sights on foot. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, but Mesut at the reception was honestly amazing, he went out of his way to make sure we were looked after, gave us great local tips, and was always warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Istanbul!
