124 on Queen Hotel & Spa

This place is truly a hidden gem. From the incredible staff, who are so welcoming and accommodating, to the lovely appointed rooms, and the service!!! Have a drink at the bar or outside garden and you'll never want to leave. Special shout out to Cindy who made this weekend getaway a perfect memory. She quickly and thoughtfully accommodated a room change to make our stay even more special. We are extremely impressed with her level of attention and service. Can't wait to return.

This hotel is stunning. As someone without kids, I really appreciate this place. The service was so personal and friendly. Check out was so convenient via text. The rooms have every detail and need down to a tee. The view of the gardens was absolutely beautiful, colour changing fireplace was so cool! It was very clean and smells so good. Finding the parking garage was a bit of a challenge. There are tons of shops on the street to look at and it's a short distance from the water and wineries. Restaurant and spa on site for convenience and relaxation. As amazing as this place was it was about $500 per night for a standard 2 queen bed room and I stayed on a Thursday. I found this to be way overpriced. I was here on business but would not return for a personal trip as the price was too high.

We have stayed at 124 on Queen several times and have enjoyed the facilities, service and location. However, this stay was a tad disappointing. The room was quite dark with limited light from one main small window. In addition. The toilet was not functioning properly and the shower drain was clogged, resulting in pooling. We had the unfortunate experience of listening to a rather violent argument between a couple staying in the next room which resulted in slamming doors and foul language being exchanged. When we asked to be moved to another room, the hotel was filled booked. We were however told to call immediately if it happened again and they would deal with the disturbance immediately. Everything else was wonderful - the room was clean, cool and well stocked with whatever we needed. In addition, the front desk staff was very accommodating in their attempts to rectify the situation. Excellent staff. To conclude, despite the bumps in the accommodation road, we really enjoyed our anniversary weekend and would stay at 124 on Queen again!
