Excellent location ! Small hotel with cute rooms. You can walk to a lot of attractions. Rooms are convenient, well equipped with good quality bedding. Room service efficient Staff is super friendly and dynamic assisting you for anything you need. The conciergerie is also very pleasing and recommending nice places. Breakfast is excellent, not a huge choice but all is of excellent quality and more than enough to start the day with a good breakfast . The breakfast team is also very nice and always fast responding ! This hotel needs to be recommended as it is a really good compromise for those who want to escape from large impersonal hotels ! Really loved our stay there for 3 nights ! Thx to the whole team !

Service and follow-up could be better.. Beautiful hotel in a great location, but the service doesn’t consistently match the high price point. Rooftop service has noticeable flaws, and daily cleaning quality varies from excellent to rushed. After my stay, the feedback request I received led only to a sustainability survey, with no way to comment on the overall experience. While I value sustainability, it should go hand in hand with consistently high standards of hospitality — something that was missing here.

Hotel rooms are very small, even for the upgraded rooms. I was told at booking there were desks in the rooms - there were not. Upon check in, I was told the desks are in the lobby/library and social areas. When I went to find a desk to work at (I travel for work) they were either being used by the concierge or a travel company (Viking). My hotels in Madrid and Bilbao were phenomenal and very accommodating. This one not so much. I’m hoping Ibiza and Valencia are better. In summary, extremely small rooms with a little wooden chair and 18” glass table and a bed with a very small shower and sink are all you get with a premium room. Check in is extremely long. Pros: Nice guest services. Nice restaurant. 3 out 5 stars. I won’t be back or recommend for the price.
