A Perfect Urban Retreat – 5 Stars We stayed at 137 Pillars Residences Bangkok for four nights and it truly ticked all the boxes. The location is ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to everything. The suite was immaculate, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with all the comforts of home. Daily housekeeping was flawless, and the staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive. The infinity pool overlooking the Bangkok skyline was a highlight, as was the rooftop bar with its relaxing atmosphere and exceptional cocktails. Breakfast offered a generous and delicious spread with both local and international options. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a refined, comfortable, and luxurious stay in Bangkok.
A Mixed Stay at 137 Pillars Bangkok My recent stay at 137 Pillars Bangkok, booked for two nights, was unfortunately cut short to just one due to a significant issue with the air conditioning. Despite complaining about the malfunctioning unit, the problem persisted, making for an uncomfortable night. On a positive note, the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were consistently nice and provided good service throughout my brief stay. The hotel clearly once boasted a five-star luxury, and while it's still a pleasant environment, it's evident that the property is quite dated and showing signs of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable, and the price was reasonable for the overall experience. However, the air conditioning issue was a major drawback that ultimately led to my early departure.
I stayed for one night in one of the residence rooms and was really impressed—the room was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The overall service level was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff throughout. Room service was prompt and efficient, though the food itself was average. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool on the 27th floor—great views and a lovely spot to unwind. Dinner at the poolside restaurant was decent, but the cocktail bar left a bit to be desired. Overall, I’d still recommend the hotel for a stay—just consider venturing out if you're after a more elevated cocktail experience.
