For the price and quality, it's decent. Rosario is a city with very expensive hotels. But it has a lot of room for improvement. BREAKFAST: Breakfast is served in the room, very 2020, with the pandemic already underway. There's no space in the room to eat it; there's a table with one chair. Hopefully, there's no more than one person eating breakfast because the other has to sit on the bed. IT'S VERY LIMITED; all they offer is toast, cheese, and two croissants. There are two sachets of coffee, so if you're still hungry, forget it; you'll have to raffle for the tea. REST: We got room 4, the worst. It's the closest to the door, but also the closest to the kitchen and the hall, and there's probably a living room upstairs, because at night, you can't rest until 10 p.m. and after 6 a.m., so don't try a nap. The staff shouts and chats in the hallway outside your room. WIFI: The Wi-Fi works very well as long as you don't move around too much. You don't get a signal in the bathroom. So, as for high-quality Wi-Fi, I'll check. At least my experience wasn't good. I wouldn't go back. I'd rather pay a little more, even if it's 20,000 pesos, and go to a better place with a better breakfast and better sleep. (Which you actually pay, because they ask for "insurance" of that amount as soon as you check in, so don't count on that money until the end of your stay.)
