There are pros and cons to this particular apartment. It's in a great spot and had nice modern cabinets and a comfy bed. The location is perfect. However it's only minimally heated and air conditioned. The thermostat is locked to no higher than 68 for heat and no lower than 72 for a/c. There's a warning about being charged fees if you have it running while the window or door is open. This apartment also has a great view of the stairs and everyone who comes down them can see you sitting in your room. They are between you and the ocean. To make it worse, the blinds have missing blades so you cannot even close them for privacy because of gaps. Also the rental price is misleading. There were so many fees tacked on that it was actually more than twice as much as I initially thought the price would be. We had a great time and if you get a different room you will have a different experience than we did as each room is different. But we wouldn't stay there again.
