16th South

I stayed at Oliver South during the recent tornado scare in Nashville. Luckily the 12 South area wasn't hit as hard as other areas but our host Ethan was amazing reaching out to make sure we were safe and comfortable. The space itself is incredible, beautiful living room & bed room with comfortable King bed add a big clean bathroom & full kitchen 2 TVs great WiFi with a balcony & keyless entry in a great neighborhood it's perfect 5 stars love to stay here again.

I stayed at Oliver 12 South for 2 weeks following the March 3rd tornadoes in Nashville. Having to evacuate my damaged apartment with just a suitcase of clothes, I checked into Oliver 12 South and was relieved to find every household ítem I could’ve ever needed stocked and ready. From pots/pans, plateware/flateware to laundry detergent for the in-room washer/dryer to the incredible bath amenities from Malin & Goetz, they had it all. I didn’t feel displaced, I felt relaxed. The WiFi is fast and reliable, the cable TV & streaming setup was ideal and the vintage record player + bluetooth speaker were awesome. The bed is heavenly, the decor is beautiful, the location is perfect for neighborhood walks (12th South has THE best shops & restaurants!). I was able to extend my reservation without issue after week 1; nothing was a hassle for the team at Oliver 12 South. Thank you for providing the perfect respite during a difficult experience. I highly recommend Oliver 12 South!!

Great stay! Clean room. Super comfy bed! Excellent Telivision entertainment options. I slipped in and out of Nashville over the weekend like Jesse James, and I couldnt have picked a better place to camp for 2 days! I highly recommend!👍
