Went here 3 times. Before arriving the staff already tell where to go to check in and then where to park. A bit hassle at first but it's okay as they already give a head up. Room spacious, got bath tub, but already came here few times, given same room. Standard Suite didn't have view. Like the swimming pool here. Quite big with many areas. Want to come back but all dates fully booked. 😂😂

the room is perfect, awesome view, going around the city was easy. but for Malaysia, customer service is not their number 1 priority unlike Singapore. the receptionist can be rude and give you the vibe of they are not interested in hearing whatever complain you may have. you have to keep walking to the other building if you need help. i asked for a towel and waited 4 hr and still didn't get it after me reminding them several times, so in the end i just gave up

I like the room its spacious.. got kitchen inside.. its like an apartment. But worst is very dirty..carpet and chairs are all dusty.. kettle is rusty.. drying tray is rusty too. Induction cooker is not working.. they got tv inside the room and outside the living room but both not working no signal on it. We came down to the frnt desk to clean up our room. But they still didnt clean they just make up the bed and changed the towel. And tge next day they dont even bother to clear our wet towel and never give us new towel too. The service is very poor. So i hope the management will improve ur service to have more tenants
