19 Summer Suites

The best hotel/resort in Italy, hands down. We were supposed to stay for only two days but ended up staying for five. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is very Nice, alot to choose from and freshly cut fruit. Poolarea is Nice to. Thank you for this awesome stay. Only thing that could use an improvment is the WiFi otherwise everything was perfect!

The place is relatively new but you can feel that everything inside is of the chapest kind. The pool is far away and you have to pay extra for using the electric cooker in your room and pay extra for cleaning. Whih is not mentioned when you book the room. Even if you pay you get random kitchen equipment (no frying pan or mokka, one full size glass and three forks for 4 people etc.) On the first day they also put additional fee for using an umbrella at the pool (75 eur/day!) But after a couple of hours and several interventions they corrected the bill. On the other hand, rooms are spacious and view is nice.

The swimming pool because of the COVID situation were closed but they advised us about that just after we made the booking. Also for any reason, they couldn’t find the keys of many rooms so for all of our stay we had to go to the reception every time we needed to go in the room. Lastly when we booked we paid the City tax as well and when we arrived they said it was extra, but it was already paid. At the end they didn’t let us pay twice. The location is amazing, really close to the best beaches of the south of the region. The room is quite big and good furnished. We had the private balcony with the sea view. The staff is polite and always available. Abundant breakfast included in the stay.
