Location is great, about 20-30 min from Disney and Universal. The house we specifically stayed in was nice but the only thing we'd ask differently is to have more kid size cups in plastic. We had to buy cups for our little ones to avoid using glassware.

Homes are very nice but I suggest coming prepared for safety. Someone set off our car alarms by trying to break in during the middle of the night. Car towing is not a joke. Be super on your toes if you stay here

Do not stay here! They have tow trucks that drive around 24/7 and tow your cars for the littlest thing! We were told we could park our cars at the house but the next morning we woke up to one of our cars being gone (it was our van with all the car seats in it). They towed it and we had to pay $125 to get it back. They were also trying to come back and get another one of our cars! We booked an 8 bedroom house and had 4 cars. There was plenty of room for our cars and we were not in the road at all. But the sidewalk cuts the driveway in half so you are actually only allowed to have 2 cars. Which we were not told. We contacted the owner of the house and they were not going to do anything about it. We were there one week and they towed dozens upon dozens of cars. The house across from us got broke into so clearly the security at the gate was not great. Although the towing company did tow the thieves car before they got out of the house so that was perfect timing. We had several issues with the house we were staying at but that is not the resorts fault but the homeowners. The pool was also closed when we tried to use it. I do not recommend this resort at all.
