I wish there was a better way to convey how great this place was. The location is absolutely perfect. We did not need a car the whole time (1 week) we were here and was able to easily utilize all the public transit. Even the capilano bridge shuttle was right outside. Everything else was within walking distance. The room itself was very spacious and very clean. I did not hear a peep from any other guests the whole time. So shout out to the acoustic insulation. The water pressure and heat was great. Even what I assume is peak showering time, the water was still hot. I know the place was fairly booked up too as there were tons of people for some convention. The elevator was very convenient and quick. At no point did it take more than 3 minutes from start to finish. Lastly shout out to the great staff. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. I'd happily stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great stay! We had a great view, friendly staff, and perfect walking location. After our stay, I contacted the hotel about my rings that i originally thought I left in the room. The housekeeping staff and management were thorough in their investigation and response. Then I found my rings! I know! I’m THAT guy. In my previous work experience, I understand just how much time can be devoted to a request like mine. They were professional and thoughtful through the process. Big thanks to a great stay and communication following.

Excellent location. Great for shopping Elaine? At Check in was very helpful and efficient. The Brew Bar downstairs has great beers and good food. The room coffee maker is somewhat temperamental and no heat sleeves are provided for the plastic cups. I would definitely stay again.
