S.R. Hotel had been recently remodeled with very nice materials. The colors and furniture were lovely. We had two adjoining rooms, one with two queens, one king suite. Everything was lovely and well maintained-the buildings, grounds and outdoor pool. They off an excellent workout/weight room. The indoor pool(which was supposed to be heated) and “hot tub” were very cold and appeared to need to need cleaning. Alvin was excellent when we arrived and gave us wonderful information. Everyone was awesome. Continental breakfast.

Overall not bad. The rooms were honestly better than I expected. The front desk staff was friendly. You get what you pay for. If you’re going for a timeshare and only paying $300 for the week it makes sense. We loved the pond area with the little Gator named Pickles. Overall, if I needed an affordable place to stay, I would stay again.

I had an extremely good time in Hilton Head and a large part is due to being able to stay in such a clean, comfortable hotel. The SR is not a resort so it comes with all basic needs but its in am AMAZING BEAUTIFUL Location 6-10 mins from the beach and is surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars so that makes up for it. They even have a Shuttle that will take you where you need to go and pick you up. I would definitely stay here again. Go ahead and book.
