2000 Hotel Downtown Kigali

Our stay in 2000 hotel was truly such a comfortable and pleasant experience! The staff is extremely extremely helpful, caring and friendly, always attentive to our needs. They do your laundry for free which was extremely convenient. Lastly, they also have the best Chinese restaurant in the entire city, we had dinner several times and it was absolutely delicious. Lastly, we were picked up from the airport for free at 3AM in the morning, and waited for us as we had some issues during our arrival. Would definitely be coming back in my return to Kigali and I recommend 100% staying here.

2000 Hotel is definitely a great place to stay. I had originally booked a different hotel before arriving in Kigali, but once I landed and took a cab there, I realized it was too far from the city center. I asked the driver to turn around and head downtown instead. Thankfully, I found 2000 Hotel on Booking.com, and to my relief, they had a room available. One standout feature of my stay was the complimentary laundry service, such a thoughtful touch. The staff were also incredibly warm and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Impeccable Cleanliness & Room Standards: My room (906) was spotlessly clean and maintained to an exceptionally high standard throughout my stay. This consistent cleanliness significantly enhanced my overall comfort and sense of well-being. 3. Professional, Helpful, and Truly Outstanding Staff: This is where 2000 Hotel truly shines. Every single staff member I encountered, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and concierge teams, was the epitome of professionalism and warmth.
