21 Carpenter Singapore a Member of Design Hotels

We stayed as a family in this wonderful hotel. The location of the property is ideal, very central and yet in a relatively quiet street. The rooms are lovely and the rooftop pool very special. What really sets this hotel apart though is the customer service. I want to mention Alarice, Lana, Adam, Bella, Steeven, Wei Jun and Ridzwan in the restaurant and Jin Cheng, Natalie, Bjorn, Sabrina and Rilzam at the front desk and of course Izwardy, the chef, who led the delivery of wonderful food for breakfast and dinner! Thank you so much to all of you for making our holiday special!

My recent stay at 21 Carpenter was nothing short of exceptional. The room was a beautiful blend of thoughtful design and classic heritage, a true gem in the heart of the city. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the team. Glynn from F&B team and Bjorn in Front Office offered warm, helpful, and intuitive service that felt both personal and effortless, while Turan, the General Manager, clearly set the tone for a culture of genuine care and excellence. Truly a stay to remember, and one I look forward to repeating!

Fantastic hotel! Everything at this hotel is beautiful and tailored to perfection. We had an excellent stay - we loved the room, the view and the pool. Staff were friendly and were extremely accommodating - including gifting us some wine for our honeymoon. It is also in a very handy location with most sights in walking distance - if you can brave the heat. Special shout out to Glynn who made our final lunch at Kees (the hotel restaurant) extra special with a lovely dessert! Additionally, my wife is coeliac and this restaurant is particularly good for accommodating gluten free.
