21c Museum Hotel Bentonville

This was my first time to a 21c and I'm a fan. The photos don't do it justice but this hotel is beautiful all around. It is a living museum packed with high quality art (no gimmicks when it comes to truly impressive works of art). Furthermore, the rooms, hallways, and restaurant have been beautifully designed. The staff is friendly and there are always interesting events going on around the ongoing exhibits. Great food and room service make this hotel a true standout in Bentonville. I'd love to return.

Our stay was perfect! Everyone was extremely helpful making it a special night for my boyfriends birthday. Room was very clean as well as the entire hotel. The food at The Hive was delicious. Can't wait to go back!

Disappointed Despite the Prime Location This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything Bentonville has to offer—but that’s about where the positives end. The art was a huge letdown. For a town known for creativity and world-class design, the hotel’s collection felt flat and uninspired. Much of it consisted of political or “religious” photography lacking originality or aesthetic appeal. There was no variety or thoughtful curation. Honestly, the green penguin statues you could move around were more creative than anything hanging on the walls. The room was average at best. Comforters wrapped in sheets instead of real duvet covers felt cheap, and the toiletries were full of heavy perfumes and synthetic fragrances—not what you’d expect from a “high-end” hotel. Our room was stuffy too; even with the AC set to 65, it never cooled properly, which leads me to believe temperature is regulated hotel-wide. The best part of our stay was due to 3 staff members. The receptionist from Texas was warm, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The two valet guys were fantastic—they helped us store our bikes each day and always checked in about our rides. Their kindness and professionalism stood out.
