21c Museum Hotel Cincinnati

This place is so cool. The art gallery downstairs brings a lot of character and charm. I'm just disappointed that I didn't get to stay longer. I got in very late and the front attendant was spectacular and friendly. Room was great and there was no lack of power from the shower head. The bed was very comfortable. It was easy to locate. There are a few parking garages in the area. They're priced.. like you'd expect in a downtown area. I want to go back and I'll definitely stay here.

What can I say? This is a GREAT hotel! We stayed here 9 years ago for our Wedding Night and we loved it then. Revisiting for our anniversary was perfect! Rooms are great, clean, and amenities are awesome. We let them know it was our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a corner suite, and gave us a meal ticket for breakfast. The art gallery was very good also. The only downside is having to do valet parking or find parking somewhere close but that’s the case for most downtown hotels. Overall 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in a suite two nights. We did not get room cleaning service even though it was supposed to be included, minibar was out of service so I had to order one to the room. The carpets are old and look dirty, the mirror door for the closet had a nick, the TV in the bedroom was flimsy. Overall a good stay but would not pay the money for a suite again. Lacks a good manager to overlook small aspects of what should be luxury hospitality. The food at the restaurant was really good. The art in the hotel was great. Easy valet parking that was included with the suite.
